New Commandant and Provost for Center for Strategic Research and Studies (CSRS) at NDCN

The APSTA has been informed about the departure of Rear Admiral Samuel Alade as Commandant of the National Defense College (NDC), Nigeria. The newly appointed Commandant effective Friday 11 August 2017 is Rear Admiral Adeniyi Osinowo.

We also wish to inform you that the new Provost, Centre for Strategic Research and Studies, NDCN is Ambassador (Dr) CW Wigwe. The new Provost CSRS  takes over from Dr Istifanus Zabadi.

On behalf of the membership of APSTA, the Secretariat would like to bid the outgoing Commandant, Rear Admiral Samuel Alade, a hearty farewell and, in turn, warmly welcome the incoming Commandant, Rear Admiral Adeniyi Osinowo and Provost CSRS, Ambassador (Dr) CW Wigwe.

The Association remains hopeful that the NDC, under its new leadership, will continue to build upon the work of Rear Admiral Samuel Alade and Dr Istifanus Zabadi, towards the achievement of the vision and mission of the Association. We look forward to the same quality of cooperation and collaboration with the Centre under their leadership.
