Summary
The African Peace Support Trainers Association (APSTA) will hold its 7th Annual General Meeting in Abuja, Nigeria from 4-5 October 2008. The AGM will mainly discuss the way forward in the collaboration between APSTA and the AU Peace Support Operations Division (PSOD) as set out in the draft MoU due to be signed between the two institutions. The AGM is to be hosted, preceding the commencement of the 14th Annual Conference of the International Association of Peace Training Centres on 6th October 2008, by the Nigeria War College that serves as the presidency of the APSTA.
